Website development for Saudi businesses

Senior website work, at a fixed price, without the agency layers.

Framer and Next.js websites for small and growing businesses in Saudi Arabia, designed and built directly by the person doing the work. No account manager, no junior hands on senior invoices, no SEO upsell after launch.

Why Saudi Arabia specifically

Real funding, and an honest read on how to reach it.

Vision 2030 has set a real target: raising the SME share of Saudi GDP from 20% to 35%, backed by actual government funding for business digitalization. That's not a projection, it's a stated national goal with budget behind it.

The honest part: that demand mostly doesn't show up as English-language Google searches yet, so a page like this is one channel among several, not the whole strategy. If you're reaching out directly rather than searching your way here, that tracks with what the data actually shows, and it's exactly why a straightforward, fast-turnaround conversation tends to work better here than a long SEO funnel.

The real difference

A typical local agency vs. working directly with me.

SME sites from local agencies typically run SAR 8,000-40,000 (roughly $2,100-10,700), and some firms set minimum project budgets well above that. A lot of that range is agency overhead, not build time.

Typical local agencyWorking with me directly
Agency quotes of SAR 8,000-40,000+ (~$2,100-10,700+) for an SME site, more at established firms
A fixed price, usually $500-8,000 depending on scope, agreed before any work starts
Weeks of discovery calls and workshops before a designer touches anything
Scope agreed in one conversation, first drafts within days
A project manager, an account manager, and a junior developer between you and the work
One person, start to finish. The one you're talking to is the one building it
SEO is a separate line item, usually bolted on after launch
Technical SEO and GEO/AEO hygiene shipped with every build, not sold separately
Progress reported in status meetings and decks
A real staging link you can click through as the build progresses

Working with Saudi clients

How this actually runs, honestly.

No local presence, and I won't pretend otherwise

I work from Mumbai. You're getting senior direct-to-you work at a fixed price, not a Riyadh or Jeddah office.

Real overlap, mostly async

Saudi Arabia and Mumbai share most of the working day. Most updates run over email and WhatsApp, with calls when we need one.

Fixed price, agreed upfront

Scope and price are locked before work starts. Revisions are built into that scope, not billed separately.

SEO isn't an afterthought

Every build ships with technical SEO and structured data hygiene, the same foundation used across this entire site.

Pricing

Published estimate ranges, not a black box.

Every project gets scoped individually before it becomes a fixed quote. These are the realistic ranges based on what I've actually shipped.

TierEstimate rangeTimelineScope
Landing page or single-purpose site$500 - $1,2001-2 weeksOne offer, one page, built to convert, not a template
Full marketing site (Framer)$1,200 - $3,0002-3 weeksMulti-page brand site, CMS-editable, technical SEO included
Custom Next.js build$3,000 - $8,000+4-6 weeksHand-built React/Next.js for sites that need more than a page builder can give

These are estimate ranges, not fixed bids. A comparable scope from a local agency typically runs 3-5x more once you're past a basic template site.

FAQ

Common questions from Saudi Arabia clients

Is this a Saudi-based company?
No, and I won't pretend otherwise. I'm based in Mumbai, India, and work directly with business owners in Saudi Arabia remotely. What you get is senior-level design and development at a fixed price, not a local office.
How does the time zone work?
Saudi Arabia and Mumbai overlap for most of the working day, so scheduling a live call is straightforward when we need one. Most updates still run over email and WhatsApp.
How do I pay you?
Wise or Payoneer, both standard for paying an independent contractor abroad. Price is fixed and agreed before work starts, typically half upfront and half on delivery.
Why not just hire a local agency?
You can, and for some projects, especially ones needing in-person meetings or deep local-market positioning, that's the right call. For a straightforward business website, a lot of what you're paying locally is overhead, not build time.
Do you build bilingual (Arabic/English) sites?
Yes, the build supports it. Translation and Arabic copywriting itself isn't something I do, so that piece needs to come from you or a translator, but the site structure, RTL layout, and technical setup are handled.
Is SEO included, or is that extra?
Technical SEO and clean structure ship with every build by default, not sold as an add-on afterward. You don't need a separate SEO engagement to get a site that's actually built right.
