Website development for US businesses

Senior website work, without the US agency markup.

Framer and Next.js websites for US small businesses and startups, designed and built directly by the person doing the work. No account manager, no junior hands on senior invoices, no SEO upsell after launch.

The real difference

A typical US agency engagement vs. working directly with me.

US specialist rates run $100-250 an hour. A lot of what that pays for is process, not the actual work.

Typical US agencyWorking with me directly
Agency rates of $100-250/hour, or $3,000-15,000+ for a basic marketing site
A fixed price, usually $500-8,000 depending on scope, agreed before any work starts
Weeks of discovery calls and workshops before a designer touches anything
Scope agreed in one conversation, first drafts within days
A project manager, an account manager, and a junior developer between you and the work
One person, start to finish. The one you're talking to is the one building it
SEO is a separate line item, usually bolted on after launch
Technical SEO and GEO/AEO hygiene shipped with every build, not sold separately
Progress reported in status meetings and decks
A real staging link you can click through as the build progresses

Working with US clients

How this actually runs, honestly.

  • No local presence, and I won't pretend otherwise

I work from Mumbai. You're getting senior direct-to-you work at a lower rate, not a US office.

  • Real overlap, mostly async

Best overlap is with US mornings, especially Pacific. Most updates run over email and WhatsApp, with calls when we need one.

  • Fixed price, agreed upfront

Scope and price are locked before work starts. Revisions are built into that scope, not billed separately.

  • SEO isn't an afterthought

Every build ships with technical SEO and structured data hygiene, the same foundation used across this entire site.

Pricing

Published estimate ranges, not a black box.

Every project gets scoped individually before it becomes a fixed quote. These are the realistic ranges based on what I've actually shipped.

TierEstimate rangeTimelineScope
Landing page or single-purpose site$500 - $1,2001-2 weeksOne offer, one page, built to convert, not a template
Full marketing site (Framer)$1,200 - $3,0002-3 weeksMulti-page brand site, CMS-editable, technical SEO included
Custom Next.js build$3,000 - $8,000+4-6 weeksHand-built React/Next.js for sites that need more than a page builder can give

These are estimate ranges, not fixed bids. A comparable scope at a US agency typically runs 2-5x more on hourly rates alone.

FAQ

Common questions from US clients

Is this a US-based company?
No, and I won't pretend otherwise. I'm based in Mumbai, India, and work directly with US business owners remotely. What you get is senior-level design and development at a fraction of US agency rates, not a local address.
How does the time zone work?
There's a real overlap with US mornings, especially West Coast, and most of the work doesn't need live overlap anyway. Updates happen async over email and WhatsApp, with calls scheduled when we actually need to talk in real time.
How do I pay you?
Wise or Payoneer, both standard for paying an independent contractor abroad. Price is fixed and agreed before work starts, typically half upfront and half on delivery.
Why not just hire a US agency?
You can, and for some projects that's the right call. But a lot of what you're paying for at $150-300/hour is process and overhead, not the actual design and build time. I do the same work directly, at published rates, without the markup.
Do you do custom web apps or just marketing sites?
My work is website design and development: marketing sites, brand sites, and custom Next.js builds when a page builder isn't enough. If you need a complex multi-tenant SaaS platform with custom backend infrastructure, that's outside what I'd honestly pitch you on.

Tell me what you're trying to ship. I'll reply with scope and price.
